Janeane Garofalo, Michael Ian Black and the gang from the Onion are coming to AltCom! The Alternative Comedy Festival in Davis Square May 7-10. Michael Showalter and Michael Ian Black headline a bill at the Somerville Theatre on the 7th; Garofalo at the same venue for an early show on the 8th; while the Upright Citizens' Brigade touring company, Rob Riggle from "The Daily Show" and Eugene Mirman are there for the late show on the same night. The AltCom website updates on Friday, but if you're into it, click to Ticketmaster on Thursday for a pre-sale and use the password ALTCOM for first crack at tickets. The mad geniuses from the Onion will be at the Armory on May 10, and there are several other shows on the schedule.
